TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All custom products are not returnable or refundable and cannot be cancelled at any time for any reason. Merchandise herein is special ordered merchandise that Arizona Shutters will order on the buyer’s behalf. Once ordered, cancellation will only be accepted if production of that merchandise has not commenced. A charge will be made for that cancellation. That charge will be 50% of the order, with a minimum of $25.00. Once production has commenced, no cancellation will be accepted. All colors are subject to dye lot variations Arizona Shutters is not responsible for dye lot variations. Arizona Shutters has given the buyer its best estimate of delivery time for this order. Factory production schedules change without notice, therefore delivery time is an estimate and does not obligate us. There will be a $25.00 fee charge for each check returned by your bank for any reason. Installation price quoted is for normal installation into wood or plaster/ drywall, it does not include removal of existing window treatments. The quoted installation price includes one trip to install your custom product at the job site. Additional trips are billed at customary rates. This order cannot be countermanded and it is understood that there are no conditions agreed upon whatsoever, verbal or otherwise, except those written herein in addition to 10% interest, bank fees and any added fees that may occur. Upon default in any terms, conditions or agreement on the part of the purchaser, the said purchaser agrees that the seller may (1) retake possession of the property sold hereunder and/or (2) sell the said property at public auction or by private sale, or otherwise, and/or (3) declare the balance of the purchase price immediately due and payable. These remedies shall be accumulative and in the event of suit hereon, purchaser agrees to pay all attorney’s fees in a addition to any expense incurred in said suit. If you believe your merchandise to be defective, contact ShuttersExpress within (30) days of receipt of merchandise. Arizona Shutters is not responsible once the merchandise has been hung by you the customer or your agents. Delivery time quoted is an estimate based on average service from the factory. PAYMENT AGREEMENT If installation is not able to be completed when installer performs initial installation. The customer may withhold up to 20% of the balance due. Customer must pay the other 80% of balance due as Arizona Shutters has already paid for all materials on the job.

FAQ's

Are your shutters and blinds warrantied?
Yes, all our shutters and blinds come standard with a limited lifetime warrany from the manufacturer.

How can I enhance the messy look of cords that hang down when I raise my blind?
We provide Cord cleats free of charge and they will be shipped with any blind that typically requires them.

Can you explain color matching?
Due to variations in the lots of dye used in the manufacturing process, we recommend that all shutters and blinds be ordered at the same time to assure a consistent and matching color.

Can you recommend a good window covering for a door with a window ?
You can put any type of horizontal blind on a door. In addition to the blind, you will need hold down brackets to fasten the blind at the bottom. We provide these to our customers free of charge.

What type of coverings are available for arched windows?
Both Shutters and cellular shades are good options and can be made to fit just about any type of arch window.

What type of blind, besides vertical blinds, do you recommend for a sliding glass door?
Due to their lightweight and ease of operation, of our vertical cellular shades are a good alternative to vertical blinds.

What type of window covering is available for skylights?
Cellular shades are an excellent choice for skylights.

What happens if I need repairs on my shutters or blinds?
Because of the superior quality of our shutters and blinds, repairs are not a common occurrence. Most repair issues that do occur are due to damage that occured during shipping. Any damage or defects must be reported to us within seven days from the time you receive your order so please check your shutters and blinds as soon as they arrive. In a situation where a repair is needed, give us a call and we will quickly resolve the issue for you.
